Which ones give loot drops and whats their value ?

Don't know about all, but know that in Demon Realm you get Succubus and Vampire Lord -->who are not of great help if have plenty Valor Knights bought, or Archangels or any other Unit which can be bought and has better att/def then them. And also, mostly don't have not even close to enough ammount of energy for quests since I spend it all on monsters and helping

you can get a general, Cartigan, by collecting 3x each item given from the 3 last quest in the Underworld.

in The land of mist is epic quest Kingdom of Mist where you can save 10 princess and you get Arielle(http://castleage.wikia.com/wiki/Arielle). It is not so good hero but not bad to have another one
